Summary

Jonteau is the first Jimmian colony found and claimed in 1038AU by the original starship Balancanna in the Deldrenough 441 system. At that time, Jonteau was almost five days from Jimmian, using the best engine technology available.

The planet was small, yielding only 70 percent of the gravity of Jimmian and completely lifeless. It had a slight magnetic field and thus little defense from stellar radiation. It's day/night cycle was almost twice (180%) the period of Jimmian's and its stellar year was less than half (43%) of Jimmian's. It's axial tilt was a bit more than Jimmian's giving it more severe seasons.
