Dhákhredor

Summary

Dhákhredor (dhă·krādôr) is the name of a Korzon conspiracy group that believes in the existence of special, standing government order 2626 within the Special Intelligence Police. Order 2626 is supposed to be based on order 226 regarding the destruction of sensitive or classified information within intelligence facilities that have or are about to be compromised by a hostile foreign force. The normal order, which really exists and is well documented, merely covers the means and types of information to be destroyed by fire or chemical decomposition. The supposed special order 2626 goes to the destruction of facilities and/or personnel whose continued existence betrays a government secret or failure deemed critical to Korzon intelligence.

Dhákhredor believes two distinct incidents of massive loss of life are directly attributable to special order 2626. They believe the incident at Delazhavos resulting in the death of seventeen thousand colonists was an example of special order 2626 being used to cover the government's incompetence for losing the new world to Jimmian. They also believe the destruction of Ha’luzh was directly attributable to the policy position of 2626.
