Zequ, daughter of crown princess Senis Crown Princess and Zelienough was queen of Jimmian and Vezan from 1048AU to 1091AU
Summary
Zequ was born in the city of Menor in 1038AU to the crown princess Senis of Craz and her husband, Zelienough of Vezan. One year later, the crown princess and her husband died in an automobile accident along winding mountain roads near Crull.
The infant Zequ was left the crown princess of Jimmian and was raised by her uncle, Senis' brother Molequ Prince Regent.
Late in the year 1040AU, when Zequ was two and a half, her grandfather Andrenough, King of Jimmian stood down from the throne in poor health, leaving Molequ Prince Regent until Zequ was old enough to assume her responsibilities to the throne. The next year, after serious health failings, Andrenough died.
In 1048, at the age of 10 years, while Zequ was still too young to rule, her uncle finally succumbed to a wasting disease he'd suffered with most of his adult life. Although Zequ was too young by law to take up the throne for another year and a half, Molequ left her under the tutelage of his most senior advisors as trustees until she reached the minimum age of twelve to accept her position. Among these advisors was Admiral Commander Mendin who would become the young queen's closest personal confidant until her marriage to William Faridon in 1053AU.
Zequ was married to William Faridon on 5 Zentos 1054AU in the city of Craz, Nilemenaro.
On 23 Namion 1056 their first child, Lequ was born in Craz, Nilemenaro.
On 7 Tarse 1062 the war with Korzon finally came to an end and a peace treaty between Jimmian, Earth and Korzon was signed by leaders from each world.
On 15 Tarse 1063 their second child, Eryccenough was born in Menor.
On 1 Tarse, 1082, Zequ formally surrendered the throne to the Crown Princess Lequ and officially retired Menor.
In 1084, Zequ rejects the restored William Faridon, ne Roger Taggart, suggesting he is not what Anbrond presents him to be, but an imitation created to satisfy the hubris of the Amoc-Marée. She is also outraged at the return of the so-called Celest, taking her presence as an insult.
After three years of resolutely objecting to him, Zequ finally accepts the restored William Faridon as her husband in 1087 and takes him into her heart again.
In 1097, at the age of only 59, Zequ died suddenly from injuries sustained in a fall while rock climbing with her husband in the mountains near Crull, less than one hundred kilometers from the scene of her parents untimely deaths. Dignitaries from Jimmian, Earth, Tamin and Korzon attended her funeral and she was interred in Vezan in the royal crypts of her family on 6 Filmos, 1097.
