Summary
Andres Lopez is a senior member of The Friends in the Washington D.C. area and one of a very few real senior members.
Andres is tasked by Big Sister to deliver a package containing a DVD to the Jimmian Ambassador and relay a message from her. The message is simply "she remembers". The message is a forward reference to the part of William's life lived in near the end of the twentieth century, after Largoz sends him (and the remnant of [[Big_Sister|Celest's soul) back to 1958 on Earth, where William is reborn somewhere in middle america to a modest farming family.
During the exchange, Andres let's his imagination run away and tries to pretend he's a Russian agent. He gives the name Ivan Ivanov on a sudden inspiration.
